1. Researchers would be assisted with Research materials, books etc. as per the availability.
2. Free Government Library membership would be provided. All fees for this membership will be borne by the Academy.
3. No incidental expenses including travel to the research site, if required, would be borne by the Academy. However, the researcher would be guided for any such visit.
4. Research topics must be submitted for evaluation within three months from the date of registration.
5. There will be an interim evaluation of progress after six months from the date of the registration.
6. Thesis must be submitted within 10 months from the date of registration.
7. Researchers would be called for presentation before the Expert Committee within two months after the submission of the thesis.
8. Under special circumstances, an extension of six months may be allowed on the basis of written application. In that case, no additional fees will be incurred.
9. Certificate would be issued within three months after satisfactory presentation of thesis work.
10. Certificate for the Researchers who will take 6 months extension would be provided before annual convocation programs.

1. গবেষকদের প্রাপ্যতা অনুযায়ী গবেষণা সামগ্রী, বই ইত্যাদি দিয়ে সহযোগিতা করা হবে।
2. বিনামূল্যে সরকারি পাঠাগারের সদস্যতা দেওয়া হবে। এই সদস্যতা জন্য সমস্ত খরচ আকাদেমি থেকে বহন করা হবে।
3. যদি গবেষণার জন্য কোনো স্থানে যেতে হয় তাহলে যাতায়াতসহ আনুষঙ্গিক কোনও খরচ আকাদেমি বহন করবে না। তবে, তাদের সেই ব্যাপারে যথাসম্ভব সহায়তা করা হবে।
4. নিবন্ধীকরনের ( রেজিস্ট্রেশনের ) পর থেকে তিন মাসের মধ্যে অন্তর্বর্তী মূল্যায়ন-এর জন্য গবেষণার বিষয় ( রির্সাচ টপিক ) জমা দিতে হবে।
5. নিবন্ধীকরনের ছ-মাস পর গবেষণার অগ্রগতির অন্তর্বর্তী মূল্যায়ন হবে।
6. নিবন্ধীকরনের পর থেকে ১০ মাসের মধ্যে গবেষণামূলক প্ৰবন্ধ (থিসিস) জমা দিতে হবে।
7. গবেষণামূলক প্ৰবন্ধ জমা দেওয়ার পর দু-মাসের মধ্যে উপস্থাপনার (প্রেজেন্টেশনের) জন্য বিশেষজ্ঞ কমিটির সামনে ডাকা হবে।
8. বিশেষ প্রয়োজনে লিখিত আবেদনের ভিত্তিতে ছ-মাসের অতিরিক্ত সময় দেওয়া যেতে পারে। এক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত কোনো টাকা জমা করতে হবে না।
9. গবেষণার সন্তোষজনক উপস্থাপনার তিন মাসের মধ্যে শংসাপত্র প্রদান করা হবে।
10. যারা অতিরিক্ত সময় নিয়ে গবেষণা শেষ করবে তাদের শংসাপত্র বার্ষিক সমাবর্তন উৎসবের আগে দেওয়া হবে।
